1st Annual Motogirlz Party! Saturday, August 26th
Hi Ladies!
The date is set so help me plan for our first Annual MotoGirlz party to celebrate ALL our firsts, our milestones of achievement no matter how big or small, motorcycle or non-motorcycle related!!
Please mark your calendars:
3:00 p.m.
Saturday, August 26th
26502 White Road
Richmond Heights, Oh 44143
Thank you Robyn (aka MaxNEddie) for offering her beautiful backyard for the party. It is going to be SO awesome. The best way I can describe it? It's like having your own little private park.
MUSIC - Request in to AikiDragon's band.
KIDS ARE INVITED!! Bocchi (sp?) ball, I have a frisbee, a glove and ball and lots of room to run around for kids to play.
If you need to stay overnight, there is room. Bring a sleeping bag if you can. I have 2 extras and a guest room at my house which is 5 minutes away.
FOOD - Need some help here. Any suggestions are appreciated! If people are riding, bringing food might be an issue so either they can bring stuff like napkins, plasticware, chips, etc. or donate $5 for food if they can't bring anything at all.
So far here:
Hot dogs and Hamburgers - Robyn
Ribs - Dorjan
That's it for now! Please let me know if you have any questions.

You can carry quite a bit on a bike, it just doesn't look pretty once you arrive at your destination.. like once I made my MIL an apple pie. It was still warm when we rode to her house a ½ hour away. It was still edible, just not very pretty.
I would bring my rice krispy bars if we ride. And if we don't I can still bring them but would have to think of something else as well.

i'll probably chauffer my gazpacho in the station wagon, but bring my pit bike (read: honda metro chf50) on the trailer. nothin beats a 50cc scooter at a picnic!!! even the kids can ride it!

That's great ladies, thanks for everything!
If anyone can help with coordinate the bbq party, I would really appreciate it. I need help with someone to keep track of details like who is bringing what food and to keep RSVP list current and up to date and make suggestions for what else to bring, etc.
I suggest that starting a locked thread with those details would work well in the Any Chat suggestion.
That way the person who starts the locked thread can edit it immediately for changes, everyone else can see exactly what is going on.
This is best suited for someone who can visit the messageboard at least once a day to keep current on updates and changes.
Thanks and let me know!
